AutoZone

John at this location was very helpful in changing my bulb. All the people at this location and others couldn’t change it. Will come back to this location as long as John is working.

The commercials proud jingle is, «Get in the Zone… autozone!» Well, I got into «the zone» and quickly left after the ‘Zoned Out’ service I received.
I stopped by this Autozone location to get my battery tested. I needed a new one. I was ready to buy a new battery, but needed one question answered, «How do I know it’s the battery and not the alternator? She gave me reasons the battery would fail, then said something to the affect of, «I gave the battery test results. that’s what you came here for. if you want to buy a battery I’ll write you up.» and then walked back inside the store.
Instead of following her back into the store, I closed my hood and drove a mile down the street to Walmart where I received better service. Yes, the big box retailer down the street that also sells fishing poles, televisions and beef jerky was able to answer all my questions, take my old battery out and install my new one all while providing better service than Autozone, a car parts specialist.
I’ve received good service at other Autozones in the past, and I’m sure I’ll go back in the future… just maybe not this location.
