I am a new patient with Gibberman. They told me I need to make following appointment after checking my insurance. However, I did not receive any phone call and I have to call them to remind them. The receptionist said they totally forgot calling my insurance company and promised to call me back by the end of that day. They did not call me back of course. Very frustrated with them.

My dentist is Dr Barry Gibberman. He is the best dentist EVER. I used to be such a big coward when it came to going to the dentist, but it’s never scary or painful anymore. And when he gives you Novocaine, he only numbs where he’s working– not the entire side of my face. His office staff are kind, friendly and very helpful.
