Unprofessional!
I got email and text reminders about my appointment, and when I went to the business, no one was there! I called the number given in the text message, and it did not take any voice mail. I emailed the owner, and it took her 2 hours to get back to me. I have a groupon for two eyebrow threading so I would like to get my money’s worth, but I will not return to this place.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
Spa is in crappy building and took weeks to schedule one eyebrow appointment. When she finally showed up she threaded my eyebrows unsymmetrically and one was way thinner than the other. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

Rani does a great job ! I have been coming to see rani for a few years and she has really helped me with my acne and get rid of unwanted hair! She is so friendly and creates a very calm and relaxing environment. I normally come to see rani after work when I am exhausted and she knows how to rejuvenate my spirit!
