Block-Tite of Cincinnati

Excellent job on my block windows. Had one minor issue that was corrected by the next day. Mike, Rob and crew aim to please, and they did. Great pricing and quick service.

We needed some glass block in our newly finished basement and BlockTite was recommended by a friend. If only every contractor was as easy to work with as them! My husband called them on a Monday, they came to the house to look at it and give us an estimate on Tuesday and asked if we wanted them to come out and get it done on Wednesday.
Then after they installed it — the worker mentioned to us as he was leaving that he accidentally chipped a block and we should not pay him until he was able to come back and fix it. To be honest, we never would have even noticed there was anything wrong but the fact that he was totally honest about it was really awesome. A lot of people would just let it go but they came back and took out the entire block and re-​layed it. The entire job looks great and took almost no time at all.
I would highly recommend this company.
