Blue Skies Window Washing

If you want window cleaning with good customer service and fair pricing, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Blue Skies website seemed pretty straight forward and easy to understand. I could not find any consumer on line reviews, so I hired this company last year to wash the windows in my house. I’m posting this review and warning so that others dont suffer the same experience.
After they cleaned my windows last year, over the course of the year I received several mailings and phone calls soliciting follow up business. Eventually, I called and arranged to have my windows cleaned again. The sales rep on the phone confirmed that they would be doing the same job as last year. There was also a confirmation call several days before they were to clean.
Imagine my surprise when the window washing ‘tech’ showed up and informed me that the service would cost $ 170 MORE than last year (a 70% increase).
Believing there must be some kind of error, I showed him last year’s invoice and the quoted price on the company’s website, and all he could say was that there was a ‘little price increase’ since last year. Even after several calls to his office, he only offered to knock $ 10 or $ 20 off the price.
This is clearly a ‘bait and switch’ operation.
Save yourself the aggrivation and use some other window washing service.
