Made a special trip to Findlay Market just to check this place out. I was craving Italian and we had heard such great things about this place. They have a variety of options from flavored noodles to a variety of ravioli to trays of lasagna. With some help from the gentleman working the counter, we decided to try the spinach ravioli with the goat cheese & butternut squash sauce as well as the roasted red pepper linguini paired with the roasted garlic cream sauce. The ravioli is $ 8 for 2 servings, the noodles are $ 2 for a single serving and the sauce costs $ 6. Total cost for dinner for two couples= $ 36. Both our pastas were absolutely delicious! Be sure to get there early as they were already out of about 5 different raviolis when we arrived around 4:00 on a Wednesday. This is perfect for a stay-at-home date night. I cannot wait to return to try some of their other options!!!

Holy wow. This is probably the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life. You get a little menu card, and you can pick from a list of ingredients you want in your pasta(no upcharges for extra ingredients, yay!). I got fettucini with alfredo sauce, basil, roasted red peppers, and chicken. The only reason why I didn’t rate five stars is because I thought the chicken was mediocre. If I am ever back here I’d order solely a pasta dish, because that is pretty much what they do, and they do it amazingly well.

Nestled inside the marvelous Findlay Market. This extremely affordable counter front is a haven of savory and sweet delights. You have a choice of panini, self-designed pasta or salad, and multiple baked goods, all for under $ 10. I think the paninis were 6 or 7, the pastas were 8, and the salad was 6. I ordered the cuban panini, which came with a sweet cilantro dip and was incredible. The person I was with created their own salad and ordered an Italian style panini. I also got a Cheesecake Bar… it was good, but not mind-blowing. Service was standard for a deli style walk up order. I will most likely visit this place again and create my own pasta dish, they had a top notch selection of toppings, I’ll probably get Fettuccine with Alfredo sauce and chicken, onions, spinach… and some other things, I haven’t memorized the options yet. But, you can choose your pasta style, sauce, a meat, a cheese, and multiple veggies. You should absolutely check this place out and the other businesses in Findlay.

The food is absolutely amazing! I have been there a few times now. A bunch of us went from work and once we got back to work we realized our orders were messed up and we called them and they made new ones and actually delivered them to us. Great customer service and we will be back!

Delicious pasta located inside the Findlay market! I especially liked the fettuccine option! Basically you get a sheet to create pasta on your own and you can add as many ingredients as you would like! Very fresh, tasty, and great pricing as well! Would definitely recommend!

This is the only place I can think of that sells both pasta shells/sheets you can take home and cook with AND also sells hot plates. My boyfriend and I have come here often for pasta sheets for cannelloni(which can be hard to find in stores!) but they also have lots different kinds of pasta noodles(whole grain, etc). They usually have some cannolis and tiramisu, too, along with cute little mini pies(chess, apple, etc) and cereal«treats»(like rice krispy treats, but some are made with different cereal, fruity pebbles being one!) Now, for the hot meals, the one thing you should know is it’s just like an Au Bön Pain or any other restaurant where you’d order on a paper. You create your own pasta/salad, and they have so many choices. They sometimes let you double up on the choices, too. I love it because I usually get a ton of veggies on mine! You pick the noodle, then what sauce/oil you want, any meats, any cheeses, and any veggies. Of course, I should also note that they don’t really have wait service or an actual sit down area. But it’s Findlay Market, you just take your to-go box and sit at any area there and you’ll get to soak up the atmosphere.

I love the fresh pasta here. My favorite is the red pepper fettuccine with the vodka cream sauce. The pasta has delicious flavor, and obviously is way better than the store bought dried stuff. The sauces are perfectly balanced, and you can’t go wrong with any of them. I haven’t had the prepared hot dishes, but I’m sure those are great as well.

This place is always amazing. I had a late lunch on a Monday and there was no line. The pasta is amazingly fresh and cooked to perfection. I don’t know how they do it, but their dishes are spot-on every time.

Delicious pasta(I’ll probably come here every time I want pasta now), and Chris(guy at the counter) was nice enough to cook me my order even though I arrived after their 5pm cut-off when I told him I went to the market specifically to try their pasta. So yes, TRYTHISPLACE at least once, and remember they stop making hot food after 5pm.

I was slightly confused while searching for this place in my car, because I didn’t realize it was inside Findlay Market. Oops! I ordered an angel hair pasta dish with chicken and lots of veggies. It was quick and they certainly did not skimp on the toppings. I love the variety and I think it is a great option for a quick lunch! I can’t wait to try it again.

The people working there were really nice! We ordered the angel hair pasta with half marinara and half Alfredo and it was phenomenal!

Was in town for the flying pig marathon and came here for the carbo overload dinner. Had to arrive a bit early since they place closes at 6. I found their counter and ordered 2 balls of pasta, ended up going back for 1 more. I guess they pre-make the pasta every day and then warm it up and mix in their sauces. Nothing too fancy, but definitely one of the cheapest places you can go too for a pasta dinner. We walked from our hotel and through some very sketchy areas of downtown. We saw needles on the ground, several beer and liquor bottles, and walked past several people smoking marijuana. I would suggest you come here for lunch over dinner, and probably take a cab. Make sure to check out the other places inside the market, as their are several other options for desert, sandwiches, baked goods and more!

Wow. How did I not go here earlier!!! The pasta is amazing. Fresh and flavorful! You will never want boxed pasta again. The pasta sauces are also fantastic. Made with all fresh ingredients. We had the marinara and the Brown butter. Both perfect. We tried the parpadelle and the garlic and Chive pastas. Both wowed us. We will be back and soon!

Who would not love this place? For $ 7, you get to create your own pasta or flatbread, with fresh ingredients ranging from the essentials like tomato to unique additions such as artichoke. I ordered a fettuccine, alfredo-marinara sauce mix with spinach, broccoli, tomato, artichoke, chicken and sausage topped with Asiago cheese. As I looked at my strange request on paper, I wondered if Bouchard would serve the pasta as I requested and then I thought, of course they would! Anything’s pastable, after all! When my food arrived, it is by far the best make-your-own pasta I’ve ever had. Every ingredient was incredibly fresh and cooked perfectly, including the fresh pasta and sauce, which really brought the dish over the top. The sausage was great too, and they are very generous on giving you a fair amount of meat. Why one would eat anywhere else is beyond me, this is THAT good!

Every single five star review that Bouchard’s has is completely accurate! The best Italian I’ve ever had, hands down, and with these prices I was absolutely blown away! When I got there I was at first upset that I didn’t make it in time. While they are open till 6:00, they stop cooking and serving hot food about an hour before. I almost left with my head hanging low when I realized they sold cold food tht you could take home and cook yourself. I could barely contain myself on what to get. I ended up with a few bundles of spinach pasta and a few of fettuccine.(They say one bundle is one serving, but trust me you will want two per serving.) I chose a tub of the roasted garlic tomato sauce and some classic Alfredo. I mixed the sauces together to create a ‘pink sauce’ which I love, and mixed the pastas together too. This food is simply the best Italian I’ve ever had. I can’t believe I paid 20 dollars for all of this food, instead of 100 at a gourmet restaurant. The pasta was so fresh, wonderful, melt in your mouth. The sauces were so delicious and fresh. I can’t tell you just how FRESH everything was. Bouchard’s Anything Pastable is a true Cincinnati treasure. You absolutely must try them.

Once again probably the last person in Cincy to try the pasta here, it finally happened on a recent Sunday trip to Findlay. Previously, I tried a breakfast«bowl» where you pick what you want and it’s all brought together in a giant mound of breakfast deliciousness. The second time here I finally got to try the pasta! After reading Unilocal reviews I chose Alfredo and marina sauce with sausage and chicken(I know random) and a few veggies. It was just as delicious as I imagined! And I must add you get a lot of food; I was shocked by how heavy my to-go box was. A must try at least once while you’re at Findlay!

Bouchard’s is really two businesses, and they’re both terrific. Most of the other reviews talk about the fresh pastas and sauces, which are excellent, but the bakery half of the stand is where you’ll find some truly extraordinary goods. The pies are unbelievable, the chess pie in particular, and the white chocolate pudding will blow your mind(and then your cholesterol count). The deserts are more for southern and Midwestern fare and don’t really fit with the pastas, but who the hell cares? Just gives you more reasons to stop here.

$ 8 to create your own fresh pasta with your choice of sauces, meats, veggies and cheeses. I got a tip from the cook to get half alfredo half marinara sauce and it is my new favorite thing. The fettucine was delicious… and I’m not afraid to admit I scraped the container clean when I was done. I’ve also purchased some of their pastas and sauces at the Hyde Park Farmer’s Market and was particularly impressed with the mushroom cream sauce I tried.

Very good pasta at a great price in one the best places in Cincinnati. I forget the exact pasta I had, but it was filling and tasted fresh. At $ 7, it is one of the least expensive options for a lunch at Findlay Market. Go to Dojo Gelato or Adrian’s for dessert and you’ve got yourself a perfectly paired lunch.

I am addicted to this place! They have the best ravioli!!! I almost always usually get the fig and marscapone ravioli then get the brown butter sauce to top it with. The two together are only about $ 12 and will last you 4 meals. Great staff, wonderful food– and now i need to get there.
