Burning a hole in residents’ pockets… literally! In the past couple of years, there have been two major fires at Centennial Station. In 2008, an electrical fire destroyed a dozen apartments. Then in 2011, a utility room fire destroyed 27 apartments. Complaints about faulty wiring seem to be common among residents, with experiences of short circuiting and frequent blown lightbulbs. The 2008 fire was due to an electrical arc( ) caused by poor circuit breakers, fuses, or improper cable terminations. Electrical arcs occur when a foreign object, dust, or moisture interfere with the energy current. Officials are still investigating the 2011 incident. Expect to pay $ 900/month for a one bedroom and $ 1,250/month for a two bedroom for this residence. At those prices, I’d rather have a mortgage.

I checked out Centennial Station yesterday and found that for 1 $ 500/mo was a little much for a 2BR/2Ba with carpet, old appliances, small pool, no Jacuzzi, and small gym with tiny Tvs. no usable balcony, and was not centrally located to a night life. if apartment was 1100/mo it would be more persuading. — Lack luster property!
