Chris P Teeter

I found Chris after a recommendation from a family member. I was looking for a place in the tough OTR neighborhood and knew I needed someone with a great set of eyes and who could help me narrow down what I wanted in a home. And, just as importantly, I needed someone who could help me get the most out of each showing, considering how quickly homes in the area sell.
Where Chris excels is his knowledge of construction. He used to be in the industry, so he has more knowledge than the typical real estate agent. He helped me see things that to my naked eye looked fine, but which were actually not quite right. The worst thing is purchasing a new home and then realizing that there are multiple issues with it, with Chris I was confident that that nightmare wasn’t going to happen to me.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with new home and the help that Chris provided in getting me there!
