I’ve continued to use CincyClean monthly since the first time they were at my home. I cannot recommend them enough. I look forward to cleaning day so much and I’m very grateful to them for the job they do. I highly recommend them!

Cincy Clean was GREAT! I was in a pinch and needed my house cleaned thoroughly, on very short notice — on a Saturday. Not only did they deliver wonderful service, but they were very kind and polite. As a Realtor, I take the customer experience VERY seriously and I was very impressed with their professionalism. Their website made it SO easy to book online, something that is often hard to do with a cleaning company. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and clients!

Cincyclean did a one time clean of our house while we were in the hospital recovering from the birth of our first baby. They did a phenomenal job, and when they found out the reason for our cleaning, they went above and beyond to ensure that we would come home to a clean, safe home for our new baby. After a long construction/​renovation project, my husband and I were blown away by their attention to detail and overall work quality. I couldn’t have asked for a better end product! This was the first experience I’ve had with a company cleaning my house. The booking process was simple and pretty straight forward. I live in a small house and was looking for a basic, overall cleaning. This turned out to be very helpful during a time when I had too much going on to take care of it! (Plus, I never knew a service such as this could be so affordable.) I greeted the cleaner, but had arranged for the appointment to take place as I was leaving for work. When I got home to check out the job that had been done, my bathroom was cleaner than I ever could’ve gotten it on my own. That was the part that stood out to me the most, and probably the part of the house that had the most room for improvement. The house smelled fresh and everything I hoped for had been taken care of, what a treat to come home to!

We have given Cincyclean every chance possible to do the job they advertise they provide. In the last few months they have sent three or four different teams to our home and it has been one experience after another. The changes in team were not at our request except once.
The two who were half way acceptable turned into one person who reduced the fee which was fine. She, Melinda was then promoted to management so it was off to see who would show up next. This «team» showed up almost 45 minutes late without a call and proceeded to clean the house, 3 bedrooms, in under 2 hours. Ladies and maybe guys, is this possible? We all know that would not be possible if they were powered by jet fuel! They then left dirty water on the wood floor and headed out the front door without even saying good bye and my husband and I were both on the first floor. I was in the office and he was on the porch. When I called about it they could not send someone to clean up the mess. They reduced the amount of the cleaning a bit but as I went through the rest of the house it was one thing after the other not done. Cincyclean then assured me they would send a team that would work the next time. Yes, it is a pun.
At $ 159 without tax 2 people 2 hours = $ 79.50 an hour. That is without taxes. If they came prepare to do everything advertised on THEIR list the $ 159. would be acceptable but it can not be completed in 2 hours. It’s impossible!
They advertise a policy of «we do not charge by time and will stay until it is finished.» That just is not true. I know from the women who were here, there was a certain amount of time on each house. Totally not what they advertise. And when the owner is questioned about it she insists it is not a timed clean. They should get their stories straight. It’s apparent by the rate at which they clean that they are on the clock. And the time allotted has nothing to do with each personal house. With no inspection you are charged a fixed rate.
The last two ladies did a good job and although I don’t tip cleaners I gave them something personally because I appreciated what they had done. They were here over 3 hours and had done everything on the company’s list. I was rewarded by their not being able to do the next cleaning the week it was scheduled. The week got moved. Then the day got changed. I would assume that I showed my appreciation and they thought they could count on the fact I would accept that behavior and they could move my cleaning at will when something else presented itself. It doesn’t hurt or disturb the owner of Cincycleans at all because she makes her money on the cleaners being able to do the job in 2 hours. And when someone expects thing to be done correctly and according to the Cincycleans’ parameters, it takes longer.
At this time of the year with the holidays approaching there is a lot of work to be had in the cleaning field. In January and into the new year it is quite normal for people to not need as much help. It would seem that customers who were permanent would be important to a well run business.
There is one review that suggests the positive reviews one this site are fake. I don’t know but this review is 100% honest and I hope it helps someone else in the future.

We tried their services, but will not be going back. They did a great job with the big stuff: overall our floors were cleaned, as was the tub and our toilets, but the little stuff (AKA the stuff I don’t have time to do) left much to be desired. There was a piece of rice in the middle of our kitchen counter and (not surprisingly) I felt the need to wipe down all our counters after that oversight. Likewise, the mirrors were not wiped (or they left enough toothpaste/​other marks that we felt the need to wipe them again). We don’t have a dog (the previous owners did) and there was still dog hair in one of the corners of our rooms. So, while it was useful for someone to tackle the bigger stuff, I will not be going back because what I really need help with is the little, detailed stuff, which I had even emphasized to the company prior to their visit.

Scheduled a move-​in clean with this company at the last minute, and was very pleased to hear we were able to be fit into their schedule. With the move-​in clean, an overall clean PLUS a deep cleaning of appliances (interior, on top, exterior) and cabinets, closets, baseboards is typical of their «move-​in» package. For a 1300 soft. condo one person arrived to clean. I explained again we wanted a deep clean of baseboards, appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, etc. He was done in two hours.
At first appearance I was happy with the work, however when I began moving items into the condo, we realized the cabinets had not been cleaned, the bathrooms had been neglected, and the appliances seemed to have been quickly wiped down with Windex, leaving grease and grime still obviously apparent. The bathroom floors around the toilets were obviously not cleaned, seeing as how I wiped away grime easily with one try. To clean what had been MISSED by the hired cleaner, I spent around 2 hours scrubbing bathrooms and appliances.
HOWEVER, this company redeemed themselves when I called Faith, and she apologetically and very professionally resolved the issue of us paying for a «deep clean» when in fact we did not receive it.
I would simply recommend being VERY SPECIFIC about everything you expect. This company is highly reviewed, and I hope this was a fluke. I was happy with the customer service, their prompt response, their cleaning products.

We just had the worst experience with this company. It seemed they would be good by the positive reviews on Unilocal but I think they must have paid people to write them. First we requested 2 men and and one woman because we had furniture to move. Only 2 women arrived. Second we wanted them to clean our attic. They said they can’t. Third they were too lazy to clean surfaces above their heads even with a step stool. In other words they could have stood on the counter top to clean the top of the air conditioner but didn’t. They cleaned part of the kitchen but didn’t put things away properly. When we requested they do they got frustrated and LEFT!!! They didn’t charge us but obviously they are only interested in cleaning in a superficial way even though they said they would DEEP CLEAN when i ordered the service.
This is an inferior business and I suggest you do not support their lackluster work ethic.

We schedule CincyClean on a bi-​weekly basis and it has helped us get through some rough times when the rest of our lives seemed so out of control. They were comfortable working in our urban neighborhood and dealing with the parking situation. It is such a relief to come home to a clean house. Very happy with the service.

Why it is so hard to find a good cleaning company is beyond me. But finally, Cincy Clean is bringing maid services into the 21^st century. Everything from booking an appointment to receiving the paid receipt and everything in between is everything you should expect from a cleaning company in 2015.
Cincy Clean offers, wait for it… online booking (gasp!). Why is it necessary to call the company when a simple online booking system gets the job done. Simply enter your information, and details about your home, then select any addons you want, schedule a time, and enter payment information. Then forget about it until the time comes. Bing, bang, boom.
Secondly, the prices are set in stone. Nothing is hidden. NOTHING. They won’t randomly send 5 people and charge for each additional person. And they do not charge if it takes longer than anticipated. They clean until it’s clean (what a novel idea) and they don’t charge more for doing it. Prices range from 1-​bedroom full house clean for $ 119, to 5+ bedroom full house clean for $ 219.
It is nice that they have weekend hours so that you don’t have to take off work or leave early. Our crew of two entered our home and immediately split up with one person going upstairs and the other staying downstairs. They were unobtrusive and really took pride in their work.
Also, having pets, foreign chemicals is a concern. Luckily, and smartly, they use green products, even some of which they make themselves. This is a simple detail that adds peace of mind.
Finally, and the most important part, was that the cleaning was extraordinary. They listened to our primary areas that we wanted them to focus on, and really did focus on them. They got into corners that I didn’t even know existed in my house. Cincy Clean has great prices, great people, and great service. Everything you’d expect in a cleaning company? Finally.

Why didn’t I get Cincyclean to clean my house sooner?! I feel like a civilized human being now. I scheduled them on Tuesday and they came today which is Sunday. I for sure really appreciate that they have weekend hours because I couldn’t miss work to meet them during the week. My kitchen and bathrooms all look like they are brand new. It’s like I’m in a fancy hotel! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will use them again!

After being dooped by cleaning service after cleaning service I’m pretty sure the owner thought I was crazy when I kept repeating, «Soooooo, there are NO hidden costs? Like you arn’t going to randomly charge my credit card afterwards?» And sure enough after the cleaning, there it was $ 119+tax=$ 127.33 online billing receipt, no hidden charges.
Melinda arrived at my house at 9am on a Saturday morning (they scheduled me with only two days notice HECK YES!) The first thing I noticed that was different right away was she came up to me with a huge smile on her face and said, «Hi! I’m Melinda!» Wow. A simple hello? It’s hilarious to me that no other company has done this. She explained what she would be doing and I explained my concerns and she went right to work. I will admit it her cleaning partner was about 20 minutes late but he was new to the area and they both stayed for over two hours!
Again, shaking in my boots, I thought wow there is NO WAY someone just cleaned my house for two hours and I am only going to be charged $ 119! Shocked. Satisfied. And I CANNOT wait to book them again.
Another thing that felt different with Cincy Clean? I felt like I could trust Melinda. She introduced herself by name, she confidently looked me in the eyes and shook my hand, and she was super smiley the entire time. This is someone that I want in my home. Not a team of 5 strangers.
My favorite thing of all? They stay until the cleaning is done. You are not counting down the clock hour by hour to make sure you get what you paid for. It comes back to trust, you know they are there until the job is done and It eliminates all of your anxiety. I feel like this is what a customer deserves.

Last year I threw one of the biggest parties in the city (okay it was just a six year old’s birthday party but let me tell you those kids left cake, confetti, and cheer in every crook and crevice in our small home). We decided to hire a cleaning service to help with the clean up and they did a subpar job (no need to put this national company on blast but suffice it to say they weren’t very ‘merry’).
This year I legit threw the party of the century (kidding again, it was a seven year old’s birthday party) and decided to try a local company to deal with the mess. Unilocal helped me find Cincy Clean. They came highly reviewed and they earned all five stars twice over. It was easy to schedule the appointment and the cleaners showed up on time and did such a thorough amazing job we considered eating off the floor that night (just because we could).
I was so impressed by the work, I have them come by periodically to do a nice deep clean and it’s worth every red cent. My house has never been cleaner, and I have more free time from not cleaning to focus on things like throwing a Vegas Style blowout birthday party for my soon-​to-​be eight year old daughter!

I’d been searching for a local, trustworthy cleaning service (whether a company or individual (s)), and came across CincyClean on Unilocal.They didn’t have a lot of reviews but their website was professional and helpful, so I booked a cleaning for the week following. I had a couple questions so I called and spoke to the owner, Faith, who was even more professional and helpful than her website! I guess it’s a new company but she seems to have a great grasp on what she’s doing.
The crew of two showed up right on time and spent FOUR AND A HALF hours cleaning my huge house. I just did a quick walk-​through and it looks and smells amazing. We had just had a party over here and the floors were gross… now they look like I could eat off of them. Both of the crew members were incredibly thorough (I saw TIffany on her hands and knees at one point cleaning the floor — wow!), very professional, and super nice. They even left me a little treat and a thank you card!
I will, without a doubt, be having them back again.

Cincy Clean found me on Twitter when I had posted a photo of my teenage daughters messy bedroom. They sent me a tweet asking if I needed a little help– with 6 kids I decided I needed a lot of help! The team from CincyClean are a bunch of young, educated, energetic entrepreneurs! They show up on time, bring their own supplies
(in cute polka dot Target canvas baskets I might add) and they leave my Indian Hill home spotless! They also run errands, organize closets, tackle laundry (which is a big task in my home) and generally do whatever is needed to make the customer happy!

I am not naturally a clean person though I would not go as far to compare myself to Pig Pen. I have no desire to spend my time mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, etc as my Netflix and Hulu queue are filled with quality programming that needs my undivided attention.
Thank goodness for CincyClean and their house cleaning service. They came in and made my house cleaner than its ever been. They cleaned crevices and corners that I would have never cleaned. The great part now is that I no longer have to think about scheduling them, as they come when scheduled and clean. It is like I have my own Magical Cleaning Fairy’s!

I was moving out of my house on a Saturday and my cleaning service cancelled 10 minutes before they were scheduled to come! And they were scheduled to do an exit clean. I called about 20 different services and Cincy Clean answered and were available that day. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I had no other options. The price for an exit clean was reasonable and well worth the money. They did a wonderful job, I was so thankful. They did such a great job that I have recommended them to my parents, my neighbors and people at work. Faith was extremely nice and professional and my house sparkled when they left. I will definitely be using Cincy Clean in the future.
