Rachel Pace did an amazing job of helping us find our first house!
She treated us like we were looking for a million dollar house, even though we were in the range of under 70k. She took the time to listen to what neighborhoods we did and did not want to look at, and what we were looking for in a house. Coldwell, has a great automated system set up to send me listings a few times a week, and let me pick and choose which ones I’d like to see, and which ones can go away forever.
She never really commented on the crappy houses we might have looked out, and as I was remarking on things that I would fix up or change or decorate, she’d throw some ideas out too. She always kept us in the loop and dealt with all of our stupid first-​timer questions with a smile. She was always available when we needed her even if it was a quick question in the evening, she’d answer her phone or my email in minutes.
She is now well versed in the Hamilton County NSP down payment assistance program, and can help you through all of the paperwork and steps that you may need for that. She did a wonderful job and we are totally in love with our new house!
