Great service and drinks. Wide variety of coffee style drinks. Prices fair. Wish it was in a better part of town. Says it’s in Norwood but actually in Evanston a neighborhood in Cincinnati.

I like this. The location is a little different but it’s a very cute, quaint coffee shop with a community feel.
I came in for regular coffee but ended up leaving with a macchiato. The barista was very nice and was sure to ask what type of milk I wanted. Service was about the same as going to Starbucks.
I liked it a lot there and i will definitely be back. I will say the shop almost never looks open and it’s usually not busy when I drive by. I truly hope this place makes it and keeps their doors open!

Nice little place. Unpretentious but super-​friendly. Good coffee and light food. Small tables decorated in a homey style. They are very involved in the community. I visited on a quiet mid-​week morning and had the whole place almost to myself. Enjoyed a Cubano macchiato :) and a breakfast burrito. I would recommend.

This is a great little coffee shop… perfect for a light breakfast or lunch. They have breakfast bagels and burritos, soup and handmade sandwiches. You choose what goes on your sandwich, from bread to toppings… I had turkey and it was tasty! Our waitress Ivy was super friendly and helpful… and prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back!

This place is the best. No, its not in an ideal location, but what you don’t know might just draw you to it.
Community Blend is focused on helping local residents get on their feet, get good jobs, and rebuild their lives in a positive way. They also serve eco-​friendly products and love their customers. I’ve had their hot chocolate and chai teas (with both soy and almond milk choices!) and they are divine. Ivy is the best! She’s happy to have you there and will make your hot chocolate with a mountain of whipped cream and chocolate syrup ;)
Next time you schedule your business meeting at the over-​crowded Starbucks, consider CB instead. You’ll be helping out a great cause with great people and hey, you’ll get a great drink too!

I’m post-​poning my bedtime to write this review, because I think the business needs it. Not that the business needs a pity vote, but rather, this awesome new place needs some deserved attention. I stopped in around noon on a weekday and it was empty. I was happy to find out one in this area, although my google map lied and said the closest one was 10 minute away. So, in addition to this being a local, employee-​owned business, it also serves a social justice purpose. The staff is friendly and as cheerful as the place itself. Decorations are simple and neat. There is plenty of light streaming in through doors/​windows. I learned some fun facts during Black History month. There’s a homey (is that a word?), comfortable, welcoming feel to it. It’s not a place that speaks eccentricity or full of history (yet?), but a comparable substitute for a comfortable kitchen. The coffee (fair-​trade!) is cheap with plenty of condiments, including cinnamon! I haven’t tried the fancier drinks. You probably can’t get an espresso drink with a pretty onion drawn in the middle for your Instagram (yet), but that might change. The sandwich I had was good– fresh, homemade, plenty of meat. And the condiments selection was kind of overwhelming, in a good way. I think they had 5 – 6 sauces you can choose from. And they let me substitute my pop (I got the combo special) for a coffee. I returned a few weeks later and the place was at least half filled, which was a good sign. Then they told me about a loyalty card where u can get your 5^th or 6^th drink free!

Really great! They don’t have many options but their sandwiches have a homemade taste and you can build your own! Their chicken noodle soup tastes just like my grandma’s homemade! The music was a perfect volume — loud enough to enjoy the song but soft enough to carry on conversations and do homework! A great atmosphere for some afternoon delights and a wonderfully hidden gem!
