Had a young service technician at my place and he was fantastic. Had some issues reading co2 levels but the technician was admit about figuring out the problem and providing logical solutions. Would recommend!

Corcoran & Harnist guys just spent most of the day replacing our AC unit, running the lines through the open ceiling in the studio — which is painted black. They went out & got black spray paint to paint the lines without asking, just knowing it was what we’d want. :0 they’re not allowed to be that cool are they!?!

New house, new furnace/​AC. Ugh!
We shopped it out to three different companies. Corcoran & Harnist got our business. Here’s why.
Price. They were the best price by a fair margin. Obviously this is a big factor, but I’m glad to say it never felt like a cheap company.
Professional. Their salesman wasn’t pushy. This is huge for me. I hate hate hate the hard sell. He gave me all the info, answered my questions, double-​checked I had his contact info and then left. That’s the right way to do it.
Courteous. Their installers asked before they did anything that might disrupt my family. It was actually a little funny how deferential they were. Still better to have them ask often rather than not at all.
Thorough. After the installation I had to have them come back out to fix a link in some ductwork. On their dime, he spent an hour searching for that leak and plugging every possible spot it could be. They also took care of all the paperwork for me to get my Duke Energy credit.
If you ask people on the West Side of Cincinnati, chances are they’ve used, or know someone who has used Corcoran & Harnist. They’ll tell you, too. They are a top-​notch company!
