Was on a business trip in Cincinnati and went there this AM. Teacher/​owner was very knowledgeable and encouraging. I work out a lot and do some form of Pilates at home; but really enjoyed it. It was less trendy music pumping and more real Pilates with a lot of attention paid to form.

Core is a wonderful studio. Cydney is an amazing pilates instructor — she corrects even minor problems with form/​alignment, so you get the most out of your work-​out. Cydney and Clay are both excellent with private sessions. The class limit of 4 for the pilates equipment classes allows for personalized attention. Jump class with Cydney is a true cardio experience. Though I didn’t attend Becky’s classes that often, I hear she is amazing with jump and reformer as well! So, great instructors and individualized attention are the norm. Furthermore, the work-​outs are varied, so you never are bored.
The studio itself is large and the equipment is top notch. You can get in to your full range of motion and not worry about banging into anyone! Besides the reformer, the chair and the springboards are also incorporated into classes, quite frequently. (Like I mentioned, variety!)
I cannot say enough good things about Core. Highly recommend.

Totally, admire Cydney for opening a Pilate’s Studio in OTR. Says so MUCH about who she is than how she views our World. So her passion and creative ambition. Certainly, has inspired our entire Neighborhood including me. To lead healthier+happier lives by learning how to plank:)

Cydney is truly a pilates master! She notices everything and helps you grow and understand your body. I had never used any of the equipment before but loved learning how to use the reformer and chair. I also really enjoyed taking Annie’s TRX classes. High intensity cardio mixed and strength training always focused on develooing your core.
I highly recommend!

Cydney is a great instructor and the studio is gorgeous. I was never a fan of Pilates until my friend talked me into taking a reformer class at Core, and now I go every week. I love this place.

I’ve been practicing pilates for about a year now and I absolutely love this studio! I have taken reformer classes, pilates mat, TRX and all have been great! Cydney and the rest of the instructors at Core are passionate about the workouts and they love seeing their clients succeed. I highly recommend this studio for beginners and for those who have been practicing pilates for an extended period of time!

Cydney and her team create a wonderful environment to workout. I am new to Pilates so I was nervous to start. Cydney made me feel right at home once I walked in and took extra time to help with with different positions through out the class. This has definitely grown into a regular part of my workout. I love it here and you will too!
