Poor customer service… I asked a question and he just shook his head«no.» To be fair, I wrote the manager about it. Not a word in reply. I won’t go there again. Try Small’s in Lockland instead. D

In the age of orange-bannered warehouses and sprawling low-price vendors, a neighborhood paint, carpentry, and tool store is(pardon the pun) hard to find. But it’s also good to have. For one, Cramer’s is faster than the big chains(especially considering how far Home Depot and Lowe’s are from this area). Walk in, grab a roll of duct tape, swap an amusing story with the cashier about how your door is falling off, pay, fix. Get a key duplicated in minutes. Find, buy, and learn how to replace that overflowing faucet before your floor even gets wet. And here’s a secret: they can order almost anything for you. We got a hand-crank, wooden ice cream churner through them for a good deal less than any catalog advertised. If it’s something that seems handy and/or low-tech, Cramer’s can probably get it for you. That sounds like it could border on the black market, and maybe it does. Another great reason to buy your light bulbs and wrenches here.
