This review is only for the customer service I received when I ordered… I haven’t actually gotten the service yet, but I expect it soon.(And can update my review.) I called mid-day yesterday and was immediately connected with a rep. I didn’t catch his name, but he was extremely helpful and the process was very easy. It certainly didn’t sound like he was scripted, and he was completely honest with me the entire time. It was funny, my info was taking a few moment to processed, and I joked about how slow their internet was… Apparently most of the employees have it in their home, but they don’t have it at work, so they always joke about how they should actually have it at work.(Makes sense, right?) Yeah, it sounds strange, but apparently the service isn’t offered in their area, so they couldn’t get it unless they expanded. Sorta interesting. Anyhow, I was really happy with the sincerity and the service I received. It was very personal and helpful — i.e. I wasn’t treated like a moron, since apparently many of their customers are tech-savvy. I just hope their broadband is as good as their customer service… fingers crossed!
