When i Dropped my shoes off on Wednesday, I was quoted her price is $ 70. I left my shoes there and paid a 50% deposit. When I called Friday afternoon to see if my shoes might be ready for pickup late Friday afternoon. Shoes were supposed to be done when store opened on Saturday. They told me the price had increased by $ 20. When I spoke to the owner she was saw problem not notifying me of the price increase in a timely manner.
I took my shoes to another repair shop downtown that only charged $ 60.

You cannot really be nicer than these people. The shop, of course, looks like a bomb hit it –but they know where everything is. Took a pair of boots in becasue they needed to be streached. They got them to me but they need to be streached some more – which they do at no charge. While I was in there, I saw one lady picking up a pair of shoes that she had the heel died – she was very happy. Also, a woman consulting about the leather trim on a coat. They took the time to really consult with her. Happy they are so good and so close to me!
