Dan the doorman refused to issue a refund and never delivered a new garage door. Luckily I paid them with America express who investigated the incident and took the money they owed me out of Dan the doorman’s business account and Amex issued me the refund. Based on my experience with Dan the Doorman, they are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Just drive by the dump that they call an office if you have any doubts about what I’m saying… you’ll see very quickly that they are an absolute mess.
