A million people in the back while I was trying to try on dresses(including children running around). This did not make for a relaxing appointment. Also most disappointing, was the terrible customer service. Slowest moving associate, yet rushed me through the whole appointment. One manager came over and was helpful for a few minutes. Yet another manager came towards the end and continued to rush the appointment along and was very rude. I did find a few dresses I liked, however the two that I went to see, they did not have in the store and did not bother to let me know if they were at a different location. If I do decide on a dress from David’s Bridal, it will not be from this location.

I ordered this dress on 7÷10÷14 for my sister who was getting married last minute. I was moving to another state and the store assured me they would put my shipping addrress down and ship the dress to me. I had never received a comfirmation email etc showing where my dress was going. I finally received an email stating that my dress came in on 9÷19÷14. So I called the store and they assured me my dress was shipped and on its way and quickly hung up on me. I didn’t even get a chance to ask for a shipping/routing # or to vefify my address. Two weeks go by and I still hadn’t received my dress. Once again, I call the store to ask and they reassured me it shipped and I told them I still had not received it. They gave me the tracking number and was about to hangup on me when I quickly asked them to say what address they had down. They ended up putting my address wrong in their system! I still have the receipt of the purchase, Brittany(employee #721192) rang it up and entered my info wrong. The store apologized and asked for me to contact UPS and that if I waited till the next day, It should arrive to me. When I called UPS they said if I hadn’t called, they would have re-routed my package back to David’s Bridal’s Warehouse since it has been two weeks. If I had listed to that store, I would have had no dress for my sister’s wedding. They had asked if I ever received an email confirmation from the store showing my address, est. shipping arrival etc. I said no. I looked through all my email and even junk mail had received no confirmation. I ended up having to go to UPS which was 30 mins away from where I lived, to go pick it up. So an hour out of my time when something should have been sent directly to me in the first place. Now that my dress is late, I still have to get altered before I leave town. Therefore, I will have to pay for an express altered fee to speed up the process to have this done. Just so happens, after the second time calling where my dress is, I get an email confirmation/thank you for your order today(3 months later). Where was this 3 months ago? The store overlooked many steps that could have avoided this from happening. From not putting my address in correctly and verifying it before I left, to not sending me my confirmation email, to rushing me off the phone before being able to verify my shipping address, etc. Both of my sisters have bought their wedding dresses from David’s Bridal along with all their bridesmaid dresses. My wedding is next Oct. 2015. Now I am unsure if I want to buy my wedding dress from this Franchise after the experience I had.

Lauren. Go see Lauren. I stopped in David’s Bridal on a Sunday and it was so crazy busy that I got nothing accomplished. Seriously, avoid the weekends. I went back on a Wednesday night and Lauren was my bridal consultant. I could not have asked for a better experience. She was fun and sassy — she knew what she was talking about and she was completely honest. She made the entire evening so much fun — joking with my mom, sister, and friend. She ran all over the store looking for more dresses to try on and for bridesmaid’s dresses and mother of the bride dresses. She found accessories and shoes. I put on a dress that I thought could be «THEONE» and she had me walk through the whole store admiring myself in the mirrors. I was nervous to go dress shopping. Nervous but excited. And she made me feel beautiful and awesome. She hooked us up with the alterations manager(who is also AMAZING) and we booked all our appointments. Ordering the foundation garments and working out a timeline was super easy. I left with a dress and plenty of ideas and options for my bridesmaids and flower girls and a booklet full of discounts. I read a lot of not-so-great experience stories about David’s Bridal and I’m happy to report that I had a stellar experience and a wonderful time. I’m SOEXCITED!!!

Upon entering David’s Bridal my first impression of how busy it was! I did go in on a Saturday afternoon, which I’m assuming is their busiest time, and boy that place was packed! We were greeted by an attendant and asked our reason for being there, when I told them me and my mom were shopping for my wedding dress they invited us to sit down at the front table and asked us a few questions about my big day. I didn’t have any idea what sort of dress I wanted and so they sat me down with a few of their catalogues and brochures to look through. I was asked to dog ear all the ones I liked and that I would have a personal consultant to help me for the afternoon. My consultant was very friendly and kept things moving at a fast pace without rushing me. Once I tried on a few dresses and gave her my opinion on them she was able to judge my style pretty well and know which ones I marked would work and which ones wouldn’t. I’m not sure how often they run sales, but they were running an amazing sale when I went and I ended up getting my dress for only TWOHUNDREDANDFIFTYDOLLARS! Crazy right? And it’s beautiful. There wasn’t anything«bad» about David’s Bridal, but I feel like the dressing rooms could use a bit of an update.
