Deercross Apartments

My husband has been living here for the last 3 years and 3 months. Up until now he has enjoyed the area. He 1^st chose this apartment because of its proximity to his workplace (I will start work with him this coming Monday). However, now that we are married, we have both decided that although a quaint complex– mostly 20 – 40’s business types with a few exceptions.E.g. In 2010, Management decided to allow the local hockey team to take over many apartments for the winter season. The result was a noisy and party-​like atmosphere late into the night– especially during the work week. We sincerely hope the management has reconsidered putting the peace of the full-​year residents in jeopardy to make some extra money in the winter months, Apart from that, there were only a couple of other rift raffs. its a nice and safe area.
Note– there was a 2010 shooting at Blue Ash — SEE

To be fair, the perpetrator was a «guest» of a young female resident. The Management promptly and correctly responded by evicting the tenant. Blue Ash Police also make frequent patrols throughout the complex to ensure the safety of the residents.
We have enjoyed several pool and grill days here at Deercross and if you are looking for a cheap apartment with general amenities then this is the place for you. No SS appliances or cherry wood = Not Lux but decently sized apartments with balconies, and management is pleasurable and responsible. They generally respond to requests within 24hrs.
