Diamonds Rock is absolutely the best jewelry store in Cincinnati! Dennis was fantastic at helping build the perfect engagement ring, and the entire staff was very helpful, courteous, and never high-​pressure like many of the other jewelry stores around. They will have all my future business for sure!

I’ve been looking for a new jeweler for years since I moved from Indianapolis. I heard a commercial on the radio for Diamonds Rock and decided to check them out. I started by sending an email through the website knowing that only a jeweler who truly believes in delivering a unique customer experience would bother to respond. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a person email from Dennis responding to my request for some diamond studs for my anniversary. A few weeks later I drove up to the store and asked for Dennis. He was very informative and patient with all my questions and I really felt like he would spend as much time with me as I needed to find the right studs for my wife. I decided not to buy that day and continue to interact with Dennis via email. I went in for a second time to look at some new stock he received and finally found just the right pair. The price and customer service was absolutely unbeatable. And trust me when I say the price was unbeatable because I spent hours upon hours looking at prices from everywhere in the city and online.
I glad to say they have gained a lifelong customer and I look forward to doing business with Dennis and Diamonds Rock again.

I love this place!!! I live in Columbus, Ohio and drove down here to get a CUSTOM engangement ring! Dennis (Greatest sales person ever!!!) and I talked and emailed each other over a 6 month period… Once everything was done I drove down to pick up the ring and I was blown away! The ring was better than expected and the pictures he sent me.
Now the price… I saved over 5k on it! I have taken it to store in C-​bus and they have valued the ring for much more than I paid for it! Dennis was also great when it came to payments!

I absolutely love diamonds rock! The entire staff is fun, friendly and really make you feel at home! They are a big time store with a small town feel, and I have really enjoyed getting to know the people who work there! Great prices, great selection and they are able to sign custom pieces. Highly recommended!
