This is a small local business but the service and level of expertise is not!
My fiancé and I needed 4 new exterior doors (we just moved in) and a storm door for the front. Mark gave us a catalog to select from and a bid/​run down of how the process works and what we can expect. He was also very patient knowledgeable and answered any questions we had, and we had quite a few because this was our first time purchasing doors and who knew there were so many options to choose from!
A couple weeks later (he had to order them and what not) we had brand new doors! He even completed some of the window trim on 2 of our windows that the previous owner did not finish. We didn’t even ask him to do that! That to me is going above and beyond to make his customers happy!
We couldn’t be happier with the new and improved look of the exterior of our house, the money we are saving from having quality doors, feeling safe in our own home, and not paying a fortune to the other guys who quoted us a higher price. Honestly though, I wouldn’t have minded paying a little extra for someone who has been in the business for 20 plus years, and isn’t trying to sell me something I don’t need or that’s not in our budget. Mark is one of a kind and we love to support small local businesses, so you bet that we will use Dillingham’s again in the future!
