I’ll never eat at this Donatos nor any other Donatos EVER again in my life. I went to pick up a take out order and I only brought enough cash with me to pay for my order. I was asked multiple times if I would donate to their fundraiser going on with the Bengals that helps our children with cancer. I politely declined(given that I didn’t have enough cash). Yet, I was still asked again and one of the girl workers said«c’mon really? It’s for the kids.» I smiled. Then the guy who was ringing me up looked at his coworker and then back at me and looked me straight in the eye and said, «well that’s okay i guess some people just like cancer.» My mom has breast cancer and has underwent multiple surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation. For someone who doesn’t know me to look at me at the place they work and to insinuate that I like cancer because I didn’t donate is ridiculous. I called the store the next day to share my story and was told that the manager would call me back. They didn’t. I then shared my experience on Donatos website and said that I would like to be contacted about this incident because THEY give you an option to check if you’d like to be contacted. Never heard back from them either. Not even an email or phone call. Their customer service is TERRIBLE and they don’t care at all. They hire assholes. Don’t waste your money on an establishment as gross as this one.

The pizza is pretty good, the crust and sauce are good. Probably second best in Cincinnati to deweys. They do have a difficult time ringing up your order. Every time it’s my order or the one in front of mine. But the pizza is good enough that I will eat there frequently no matter what. The bread they have is pretty awesome also. Please get better computers.

I have ALWAYS liked Donatos Pizza. From the crispy thin crust, to the edge to edge toppings, and the perfect seasoning, you really can’t go wrong. Recently, we tried the gluten free crust, and though it was not as crispy or flavorful, it was still pretty good! Our food was ready when we picked it up, and the order was accurate. I will say that the boneless chicken wings are not worth it. They have a strange flavor and texture. The prices do tend to be a bit higher than some of your other standard pizza chains like: Pizza Hut, Domino’s, and Papa John’s, but for a quality pizza with quality ingredients, I believe it is worth it!

One thing I find about all Cincinnati area Donatos is they can never fail to mess up your order. As most stores are franchised not all will offer what is on the online menu & fail to call you after you place an order to let you know this. I’ve been to this location twice and both times my order was messed up. The first time I ordered all flats for wings & when I got there & paid he said«oh sorry we didn’t make them all flats» and instead took $ 3 off the order instead of offering to fix them. Keep in mind it said my order would be ready in 14 minutes so after the 15 minute drive to the store I waited another 20 in the lobby. They could have fixed it in that time. Today they got the flats right, but the wings had no BBQ sauce on them, but some how the paper they use to cover them in the box was soaked in it. Got the side Italian salad that was old lettuce two tomato slices, and a pinch of cheese. Really? $ 3 for that? The service doesn’t make up for the mistakes as no one is ever all that friendly. I’m sure I’ll eat Donatos again just not at this location.
