Took a pair of Steve Madden boots to be re-​heeled, plus a Michael Kors nylon tote (the handles were coming off). I love both of these items, and wanted to preserve them without having to spend money on brand-​new replacements.
The owner was very friendly and professional, promised that my items would be prepared in 1 week. 1 week later, my items are perfectly mended, at an unbelievable price. Quick and professional services that saves me several hundred bucks? I’ll take it! Definitely give Dot’s Fine Shoe Repair a go when you have beloved items that show a little too much wear-​and-​tear.
