As far as my family is concerned we will not use anyone else but Dr. Micro. These guys are up front and to the point. They are able to explain in layman’s terms what you do or don’t need. I have turned down other services explaining we have a trusting IT group we choose and that is Dr. Micro.

These guys completely dropped the ball on me a couple of times. I had to follow up more than once to find out the status of my order and when they would be able to fix my issue. They had ordered a replacement part that took months to get in (I had a newer computer), then it turned out to be the wrong part. I never got a call back when the right part was delivered, so I took my business elsewhere. Total nightmare.
