Dunkin’ Donuts

Touch and go. The indian lady is a sweetheart. Very kind to my kids. Smiles and makes me want to return. The other days shes not there its like a coin toss if you can get what your looking for. Sandwiches suck. Coffee is terrible. My kids love that lady so we go for them to pick out a donut.

I reluctantly stop by this location when I’m feeling lazy in the morning. After all, why else would you stop by dunkin donuts besides to get a quick coffee and some breakfast? But nearly every time I go I receive a rude welcome and a screwed up order. The staff seems only half-​attentive and doesn’t listen to my order. I always end up going back inside to switch out my wrong food and drinks. And the selection of donuts to choose from is always severely limited, especially for a place with donuts in the name. Its bad enough their pastries are dry and bland but to only be able to choose from a selection of four or five is kind of a slap in the face for me. Its an ordeal stopping by this location.

Good basic Dunkin. Staff is nice and this place stays hopping in the mornings. Coffee is WAY too hot and if you go late (10:00 or so) it does taste like it has sat for awhile.
I actually like their donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Not much of a wait and my food is generally warm. Decent location but small parking lot and the drive though stays extremely busy. They do run out of stuff during workday mornings.

This location is great for Western Hills, but if I just want some good coffee, I’ll go across the street to Starbucks inside Target. Anyway, this location is always packed at morning rush, every day, so allow yourself that extra time cause you’re gonna need it!
They run out of bagels all the time, so buyer beware, be ready to change your order.
When I do get my order, it is usually correct and warm. The coffee is extremely too hot most of the time.
And this location is pretty safe, Even with the questionable characters that go in and out while you’re enjoying your meal.
