Eclipse Window Tinting

Poor customer service skills and rude staff! If you have dot matrix on your car, go elsewhere! That’s not their specialty!

I went to Eclipse based on reviews I read. I must say the Eclipse team made my car’s window tint look amazing! The customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly. Their waiting room had comfortable chairs. Not to mention free Wi-​Fi. I was told that it could possibly take a few hours to tint my entire car. My car was finished in a hour an a half. I would definitely come back and refer people here. It was a great decision.

I came back to Eclipse after 7 years to tint windows on another Mazda, this time just 2 front side windows to match the dealer tinting. My initial experience was not very positive. After an hour wait (yes the waiting room, tv, coffee etc. are very nice) I looked at the finished product and was shocked to see the difference between manufacturer tint and what Eclipse did. They said it was normal, a reflection from the windshield blah blah… I tried to insist on rolling them down and checking light throughput with their device…
Finally, I saw Rick the owner going outside and making his tech roll down the window and test it with the device. My suspicion was confirmed and they re-​tinted using the correct tint to match the rear windows this time.
I appreciate Rick fixing the mistake right on the spot and also giving me a small discount for extra wait and some emotional distress.
I would still recommend this place for tinting, they stay behind their work and use the top products. I would only suggest to you the reader if you are not sure about the job at the end ask for Rick to have it checked out :)

Loved my experience working with eclipse. I had a few thing done on my car here and they went above and beyond to make my experience great. They stayed late to finish and made sure everything was perfect. I have gotten my windows tinted in the past at another shop and eclipse was so much better! Very kind, professional, and did great work! I recommend everyone check them out!

The window tinting was excellent, however I’m only giving 3 stars for their poor customer service skills. Don’t know that I’d return. Customer service skills should match quality of service.

Had the two front windows of my Ford Explorer tinted. We shopped around at other places to compare pricing and they had the best pricing (that included a lifetime warranty) we got estimates for several other options we were thinking about getting to upgrade the vehicle and the pricing seemed a little high, but, that could be attributed to the work quality and quality products they would be using. All in all the staff was very friendly and knowledgable and even showed us around the facility so that we could see everything they had to offer. I would happily recommend them to others.

My fiancé and I went into eclipse window tinting to get pricing information for our 2012 explorer. Impressed doesn’t even describe how we left, the staff went above and beyond giving us information and making sure we understood and would be getting the best quality. They gave us a tour of the facility which made me even more confident that we would get the quality of work we are wanting to pay for! There is no doubt that they have our business!

I had my windows tinted and an auto start installed on my car over 2 years ago. The window tint is still PERFECT… love it! Recently I had to have my auto start uninstalled at the dealership for some service. I contacted Eclipse about having it re-​installed and they were amazing! Rick went out of his way to accommodate me and get me back up and running! Aaron actually did the install and was extremely accommodating and professional. Their waiting area is great… Clean, comfortable, a TV, wifi and of course a Keurig! When I happened to be there Rick’s children were there helping decorate for Christmas. His children were so polite and engaging … owning a family owned business myself it was nice to realize I was supporting another family owned business. Eclipse in my book did everything to exceed my expectations 2 years ago and now!

I had multiple issues with this place but let me start with I had brought in 3 different vehicles to all get serviced at once. The first problem and first vehicle was after about an hour went by they call me up to let me know the Windows stopped working mid-​tinting. I’ve never had issues before after them trying to figure it out and multiple phone calls later we come to find out it was just a window lock set on… Really guys? Second thing during my other vehicle’s tint job the rear left window mysteriously stops working, again I’ve never had a single issue with my power windows. They call to tell me the tint was to be «shagged» to finish the job and the manager told me I could return when the window worked properly. A couple days later after not being able to roll the windows down I try to use that same window they had issues with, works flawlessly. So I schedule a appointment to have the tint on that one window redone. Hours go by, phone rings and guess what? They are not able to roll the window up or down. At this I’m very frustrated and ready to pick it up but I’m told to leave the vehicle longer and they try to get it to move. Finally I’m called to say the window finally went up and the work was completed. To this day my left rear window works with no issues, only when it was at Eclipse it had them, no idea the cause. During this whole ordeal I worked with an associate named Bill I believe and during the window issues with my second vehicle got very rude with me. The only redeeming things if you can call them redeeming was that my third vehicle had no issues and the manager Rick was very willing to help and was very polite. Not sure if I would return in the future. If things would have gone better between me and the associate Bill that may be different.

Well it’s been slightly over a year and with parking the car outside at work and the dog nosing around, the tint is still holding strong.

Worst experience ever! I drove there three times, the parking sensor is still not good. I can not rely on the sensor, it is a waste of money. More importantly! They damaged my car! They made scratches on the bumper and printed it ugly. They also made the mental on the bumper lose and denied it was their fault. They are so unprofessional that forgot to put the nail back after installation. Even now I can hear noises when I drive, which have never happened before! I will never ever recommend this place to any friend. What’s more, a tall and thin guy never shows patience and said bad words in front of me. Again! Never go there to do any technical or media thing. The only thing that make me happy is Jason or Jeff always tries to help. Problem still exists, and I won’t go back. Don’t go especially you have a car worthies more than $ 15 000

I recently went here to get my windows tinted on my vehicle. I had a very positive experience! Their building is very clean and organized, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they did the work a lot faster than I imagined. The cost was even less than I anticipated! There was no pressure to get more expensive tint when we discussed the options. It’s only been a couple days but the tint looks great and I’m sure it will hold up, I’ve heard nothing but good things about Eclipse. Glad I went here!

Quality work at a great price. These guys know their stuff and stand behind their warranty. Had a minor defect In one of the rear passenger windows and they re-​tinted it, no questions asked. The fly-​by-​night $ 100 installs can’t match these guys. It’s true what they say, «you get what you pay for.» Tinted two cars here in the last few months and plan to bring a few more in the coming months. Now I see why they are the number one SolarGard dealer in the region. Thanks again Rick and company.

Quality service. Comfortable waiting area and efficient installation. Price was competitive and the window tint looks fantastic. Highly recommend them for high quality window tinting.
