Without a doubt one of the best used car buying experiences I have ever had.
This is a no B.S. dealer. Not only that the customer service is second to none. Their entire staff is helpful and efficient. Any questions that I have are answered by email usually within minutes.
Buying a car sight unseen is nerve racking. But they send you dozens of photos detailing every single piece of the car, anything to note or to question. Or not to question or that matter. No other dealer anywhere will do that. I bought a used car from a dealer elsewhere and all I got were a couple terrible cellphone pictures. Any pictures you get from them are high quality and high resolution perfectly lit (speaking as a professional photographer, their documentation process is extremely thorough and precise).
As of today I have now bought two cars from them. Returned one to be completely gone through and customized for performance. I just received it back and looked even better than when I first got it from them a year ago.
Any negative issue (and there haven’t been many) I have had in the last two years of buying from them has/​have been immediately addressed and rectified.
I have referred family to them who have had one car customized and bough an X5 from them as well. They have had an identical experience.
Any question about the retail price of their inventory pretty much comes down to this. They constantly scout for the best bmw, buy it, and when necessary completely bring it back to spec. this takes time and money. And with the reputation they maintain you know EXACTLY what you are getting, when and where. This comes at a price. Go find and buy a car in the same manner, if you are lucky to find it, and you will be putting as much or more into the car.

UPDATE: OCT 2015. I can’t believe it I am on my 4^th car from these guys. 3^rd was Dinan upgraded to S3 upon purchase. #4 is an X5. Through these 4, there was bound to be complications here and there. But EAG worked through them promptly. They really have a great team. Thanks for everything guys!

I have gone to EAG for a variety of repairs; anything from a simple oil change to ignition coil replacement, water pump and thermostat replacement, to complete brake system replacement, they know what they are doing and specialize in BMW. They care about their customers and are willing to correct any concerns you may have.

These guys know their stuff. I have been going to them for all my BMWs needs since they have been in Madisonville. If you need anything after-​market done on a BMW; or want to look at some awesome mod’s, this is definitely the place to go
