This is my first experience with EWC and I’ve been coming to this location for several months. The location is very clean and the staff has been nothing but lovely. I switch between two technicians, Ashley and Natalie, depending on who is available when I make my appointment. These two ladies are wonderful at their jobs and very pleasant and have made The uncomfortable and very personal experience of getting Brazilian waxed a comfortable and pleasant one. They are always very prompt and get me right in and the service is so quick and thorough. I’m very pleased with the waxing and products that this company uses and would recommend them to anyone. As for the price I think it’s quite reasonable for the dirty job they have to do!

Poor customer service. I was quoted a certain price for services, and charged regular price at the time of service because the receptionist failed to mention that the price was for purchasing a service package. When I brought concerns to the manager, she did not seem to care and charged me full price. She did offer five points toward my next service, which I will not be redeeming. B.S. Definitely a case of bait and switch. This business has just lost my patronage. Unbelievable.

I’ve been a few times because it’s close and always easy to get into for an appt. I had never been thrilled with how they did my brows, but it was never terrible until the last time. I just wanted her to clean them up underneath and in the middle of my brow. She actually took off an additional ¼ of my brow and they look terrible and are totally uneven. I got a facial last week and the aesthetician yelled at me for letting someone as she said «ruin» my brows. I’m not sure they will grow back. I’ve been putting Latisse on them hoping that works. Plus, they are always trying to up-​sell you on everything. Never again!

Super disappointing! Was excited to not have to drive all the way to Kenwood to get a decent Brazilian, so when I saw this place open in Anderson I made an appt and thought I would give it a try. This is definitely the McDonalds of waxing and it is not worth saving 20 mins in the car.
Salon was clean and Staff was prompt and took me back only 5 mins after my appt time, however I didn’t realize the way the accomplish this is by completing the wax in less then 15 mins (which made it way more painful, then in the past) and leaving behind things that by the definition of Brazilian shouldn’t be left behind!
They spent more time pushing their «products» and frequent service policies on me then actually completing the service!
I didn’t care about the free wax that they are advertising all over the place, but no one I saw come in or check out managed to actually get a «free» wax.
I prefer to have quality, stress free service, (after-​all its stressful enough to have a stranger in your who-​ha) and not feel like I’m at a used car dealership… I won’t be returning or recommending my friends for the $ 5 discount, which all of them reminded me of over and over!
There is a «not recommended» Unilocal review I wish I had read before I had gone in the door… may consider trying to find if you are thinking of trying them out

I brought my mother to the wax center yesterday to «treat» her to a lip and chin wax before her grandsons graduation. She ended up with a rash that worsened over the next 24 hours. I called the waxing shop on my mothers behalf. They recommended that we buy $ 17 calming cream. They had no free trial sizes to help the situation. After googling remedies, (my mom lives out of town, so her doc is not in OH), we went to the pharmacy for bacitracin. The pharmacist said that the lip looks as if it were burned and recommended a burn cream. In summary, the waxing was painful for my mother, it is probable that her lip was burned, and the waxing center was not helpful or sympathetic. I have been to the Hyde park location, and the experience was great. I believe the employee did not check the temperature as she should have. She also left numerous hairs on my mothers chin. She did a poor job. This location needs more training and supervision.

Amazing wax services! I went there for their waxing yesterday and absolutely loved it. The girls at front were very nice and the wax specialists knew exactly what they were doing. I purchased one of their packages in order to save some money on future services, and I purchased the products that they showed me during my appointment. The ingrown hair serum and exfoliate have even working great and I can’t wait to get more of their products. Love this place!
