Extra Space Storage

The staff here is amazing!!! Nice, clean, well lit and great security! I couldn’t ask for a better place to store my stuff!

We are using their outdoor storage space for a car hauler trailer. The facility is much cleaner and secure than most other places that I have visited and/​or used over the past ten years. Deanna is very friendly and helpful. She gave me a personal tour of the grounds, showed me the rental space for my approval, and explained every detail to me so that I fully understood what I was getting and what payment options are available. She is very experienced and doesn’t try to rent or sell you something you do not need.
Deanna even pointed out a corner where she recommended we swing the trailer wide of the building to avoid hitting it. (Clearly, some less experienced drivers have hit the protective poles there a few times!) Like I said, she is detail oriented. The only reason I gave four stars and not five is because our space is a tight squeeze for our truck when we hitch up or unhitch. Our space is very close to one of the buildings.
Yesterday I came by to check on my trailer and contents. I noticed that they had replaced one of the security keypads that we use at the exit. The old pad was well-​worn and some of the numbers and symbols had been hard to see. I think this shows that they maintain this facility well, so I stopped into the office to thank Deanna.
