Excellent spa in the heart of downtown. First class service in a beautiful location. The 60 minute Face It facial was amazing. Booking with Giovanni was efficiently completed via email. Don’t delay in trying out this little gem of a business.

I’ve been going here for years and I still love it. I get a peel every month, follow Giovanni’s advice, and my skin is still clear.
I finally had a facial last week and IT WAS AMAZING. My skin felt so good and all the redness was gone. Like I looked like a peach, but in a good way. I didn’t even put on any makeup the next day. Blah blah blah whatever. Like looking good afterwards wasn’t the best part and is the most boring part of this review to write. Don’t worry. Giovanni will take care of your skin and do the right things for it.
OMG the entire experience was so wonderful. I am a kind of uptight person who doesn’t stop talking. I was so relaxed that my eyes were closed and I stopped talking. The massage part was great. Everything he used smelled so good. Like you get wrapped up in a blanket, which sounded awful but wasn’t. Really soothing music is playing. It was just one of the best experiences. I get awful headaches that don’t go away for a week sometimes. After this, my ghost headache was gone. I felt so wonderful. I feel wonderful just thinking about it now. I’ll definitely do this again.

Highly recommend getting a facial here! Giovanni is great, he takes the time to evaluate your skin to see what you need. More importantly I really appreciate that he’s not just trying to get you to come back for more services, he told me that my skin was great and I should just come every few months or when I felt I needed it. It was very refreshing to have someone who honestly just wants your skin to be healthy… not just making a buck. Prices are extremely reasonable for the service you get! I will definitely be back.

My friend and I went down for a girls day and were blown away by the spa, the services and, most importantly, how great our skin looked after our facials. Giovanni treated us like VIPs from the moment we booked our appointments and was so much fun to talk to about the area’s attractions. As for the facial… it couldn’t have been better. The table is comfy, he wraps you in a warm blanket cocoon and then goes to work. From the moment Giovanni starts you can tell you’re getting his utmost attention. He genuinely cares about treating your skin and ensuring every area of your face, neck and shoulders receive some love. His massage is to die for… unreal. The last thing to rave about is the price! Totally jaw-​to-​the-​floor that his customized one-​hour facial is only $ 70! This same service at a larger salon will probably hit your wallet for 2x that price. Face It Spa is a must visit! Giovanni at Face it Spa is the best! He is extremely professional, personable, and he does an amazing job. My skin is always flawless after his peels.

I love this place! Giovanni is super nice, talented, friendly, and helpful! I have been here 3 times, once for a micro-​dermabrasion and twice for chemical peel. I see the results every time. I highly recommend this place! I am sending my husband there today :) You won’t be disappointed. Meter parking is free after 5 and there are a lot of meters available.

I love this place. Don’t mistake the reasonable prices for any sacrifice in quality. I suspect that the streamlined prices are a result of the fact that the owner is the esthetician and the space is trim (but very attractive and scrupulously clean). The products and methods used are from the PCA system, which is a top-​notch system. Go here if you want results. Go to a spa if you want fluffy towels folded like swans.
By results, I mean that my pores were invisible after my salicylic mask — and that isn’t even one of the more involved peels. It is the only thing outside of a doctor’s office that I’ve ever seen take my the pores on my cheeks and nose from a state of wretched, slightly cratered mess to totally non-​detectable. Even my husband noticed, and that’s saying a lot, because he’s the kind of person who wouldn’t notice if I lost a finger in a threshing machine, or got a tattoo of Ochocinco on my chest. I have skin like a porcelain doll, now.
The owner and esthetician is so nice and professional, as well. You can tell there’s a lot of pride and care and work ethic that goes into this operation. Lastly, don’t worry about parking. I worry about parking. I’m barely out of my twenties, but I probably wring my hands over parking better than any great-​grandmother on earth. When I went to this spa on a weekday, there were approximately a billion parking spots to choose from, right in front of the establishment. You must try this place.
