Poorly run business. Company listed a diamond on EBAY which did not sell. Called them to see if they could do any better on the price and they told me the best price would be over $ 200 more than what it did not sell for on the EBAY auction. While pricing is obviously at their prerogative, this one defied logic. Also tried to tell me that the smaller the table size is the more valuable the diamond is which is simply not true. Would be very weary of doing business with Finer in the future.

Really terrific experience! Great on price. Met the owner while I was there. They were extremely patient and helpful. Plus they do online sales, which means no pressure/hassle and a large selection to browse. I ended up bringing my dog inside and they were super welcoming and friendly. A+
