I ordered a total of seven standard poster frames (over $ 200) and I received these today. I opened one of them to have three of the flex tabs (things that hold the pic in place) fall out. So now I can’t even put the picture in the frame. I called customer service to request to have these returned. They are cheap pieces of crap that the website CLEARLY misrepresented as high quality. Now I’m told I can return these frames at my cost, I will be charged a 25% re-​stocking fee and I will have a customer credit as they do not refund my money!!! This is ridiculous at best! I told customer service the tabs were falling out and the very nice lady said she would send me a new frame at no charge and will replace the entire order if need be but CAN’T refund my money. SO now I have a useless frame and I’ll only get a store credit… and I don’t want any store credit! I won’t be back and now I’ll call American Express to see if charges can be reversed. Save yourself TIME and MONEY – GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! These crappy frames are WAY cheaper at WalMart and are of the same crappy quality!!!

I spent alot of time researching framing companies and ultimately decided to go with Frame USA. Purchased three 27 X 39 frames for $ 126.83 and two of them arrived so badly damaged that they are unusable (check out the picture section). These aren’t shipping damages, the things crumbled once taken out of the cellophane. I feel taken advantage of and what these folks are doing is borderline criminal. Still waiting on a response from their customer service and will happily update once they do.

I recently bought 3 identical custom frames here, about 43″ wide by 16″ high. I shopped online after my local framing store wanted $ 850 to mount my prints in their custom frames. Frame USA’s price was $ 257, so that was great. Of course, I mounted the prints myself.
I worked with their helpful sales guy Travone by email and phone, and placed my order through him. The frames arrived on time and the quality was good, but the techs who made them didn’t follow the specifics of the order. I asked that they be mounted in landscape orientation, but they were portrait. The difference was the hanging wire went the wrong (short) way, so I had to go buy wire and do that myself. Also, I ordered the frame with a ¼″ bottom weighting on the mat so it would look better hanging, but there was no bottom weighting. I decided to use the frames as they were, but the techs and quality control people need to be more careful.

Extremely poor customer service and very low quality item. If you’re looking to get a cheap frame that is one notch above balsa wood in the slowest way possible these are your guys. Be sure to read their terms and conditions because when you try to return their shoddy product they only reissue store credit that has to be used within the next 6 months. Talk about terrible business ethics. I will never use them again.

these guys provide great customer service and really go the extra mile. I had a few issues with my orders (mostly my fault), and these folks took care of me by sending replacement and extra parts immediately.

This company is HORRIBLE!
I found this firm online and was impressed with their prices, web site ordering interface, and their YouTube video on how to assemble some of their frames. I put together an order (near $ 100) and then made the mistake (or, maybe it was a blessing) of registering on their web site.
Within seconds of registering online on the Frame USA web site, I got a email confirmation with: my User name, email address, AND MY PASSWORD. Yep there was my password in alphanumeric characters than were not masked!!! Yes, printed right in their email message for anyone to see!
So, I did what most people would do. I got right back on the Internet and changed my password on their web site. Guess what? Again, I get a confirmation with my new password printed as before. Doesn’t this company know any better?
Well, it gets worse. I emailed the company immediately and asked that my name and all other information be REMOVED from their web site. That was on November 22, 2014. To date, today is November 30, I have yet to receive a response. To be honest, I don’t really expect any action or a response.
The lesson here? If this company cared about their customers, they would not send out passwords in unsecured email AND they would answer their email.
BUYER BEWARE! Order your stuff from some other company…

The pricing is fair enough even though the shipping could be a smidge cheaper. A friend bought me a poster and rather than get it framed professionally, I thought this might be a good cheap alternative. The price was low but the frame was obviously cheap, but what you pay is what you get. Shipping was actually pretty timely but when my package arrived, the frame was warped and the clear plastic cover was cracked a good five inches from the bottom. I’m going to contact customer service about getting another frame to replace the defective one I received but I don’t hold out much hope after reading some of the reviews here. I will update my review if it goes well. If I don’t, well, you know the story then.

What a waste of time and money. I ordered a frame (12 – 3) was told it would ship out within 3 days. I just was told it was shipped out 12 – 14 and I should get it 12 – 19. I will never order from this co. again. 16 days for an order online is a joke. Like I have nothing to do the week before Xmas but the project I wanted to do for my daughter. Who needs to cook!!!

The first time that I used Frame USA for my custom framing was about 6 years ago. Since then, I use these guys for prints for me and given as gifts, concert photography, and concert posters. The folks at the retail store have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even when I don’t really know how I want it framed, they pull out several different mat examples, moulding examples, etc, and we work it out on the spot.
If you are looking for affordable custom framing, I would highly recommend Frame USA.

I ordered six of their architect series 20 X 24 black wood frames – the cheapest frames available in this size. They’re just what I wanted – simple, thin, black frames to show off my matted photographs. The quality is fine and they arrived in plenty of time for my show, even though I ordered them a bit late. Packaging was also very good. I’ll be ordering more frames from this company.

I ordered more than 20 frames from Frame USA — 19 were the wrong color, 8 had the wrong size matting, and 1 was missing. I worked with a representative for TWO WEEKS on getting this order correct. I was so disappointed when my order arrived and turned out to be a complete disaster. I really hope they make things right.

I am so pleased with the 6 frames I ordered… sturdy construction and so easy to work with. I had purchased canvases and discovered it was outrageous to have them framed. The metal poster frames are colorful and perfect for the humorous «paintings!» I just HAD to write this review.

Wow, super impressed with this company. I was first drawn into the door due to a charity fundraiser they were doing called «Fill the Truck». They collected over 20,000 donations and $ 3500 for the Healing Ctr. Met the owner who started the fundraiser. He is humble and nice as can be. All of their employees were top notch.
I love the fact that all their frames are made in the USA and they are super cheap (reasonable). The variety was endless. They have huge hearts and great products. We’ll be telling everyone we know about this place. Everybody likes photos and everybody needs frames. I use to go to Hobby Lobby or Micheals to get half price frames, but not anymore, because Frame USA is lower all the time. Check it out.

I’ve been saving money ever since I found Frame USA. Their selection of frames and mats are high quality and inexpensive. The staff has always been great about helping me to choose the best looking and best priced frames for my artwork. Whether you’re an artist or a collector, you should check out this gem of a frame store.

I seldom write reviews, but I feel like I have found a gem that others can benefit from. Framing is so expensive, especially custom sizes and in wood (or beyond the basic metal and college «dorm room» type frame). I had quite a bit of framing to do and ordered 5 large sized custom-​made frames in the past few weeks from Frame USA. They came immediately, fit perfectly and were packed with care. Frankly, I couldn’t believe it. The frames were about $ 25-​$ 30 each for large sizes, wood. I found them online at
. The site is kind of clunky (eg feels like a wholesale site), but stick with it. It was worth it.

Website does not give money back. You must use their store credit on their merchandise and within 6 months.
Do not patronize.
One star is too much.
