This is my neighborhood frisch’s I love the sandwiches. But the customer service is horrible. I place a to go order and asked for a cheese cake while I waited, and was told that they can’t do that. Back in the day I would have been told to have a seat. Then tried to give me the wrong drink. It’s one thing when you have some young kids doing this but middle aged adults who are managers, paint a different picture.
How are they training or young adults when they themselves don’t have a clue?

I’ve been to this location several times, and I can say a few good things about it besides the norm. I missed Frisch’s so much when I lived down south so I went there to other night to drink some vanilla coke and shovel some ranch covered French fries into my mouth hole. NOM.
This location is super close to the highway, and to a neat store that has just about everything, called Ollie’s. They even have neat events there every once in awhile. Their most recent was a HUGE car show with some beautiful old classic cars parked in their lot.
All in all, it’s your typical Frisch’s, but I do like it’s proximity to the highway. Did I mention their ranch. yeah. YUM.
