Susan and Beth were great! They were indeed helpful when I made an order that was very last minute. I gave it a 4 stars because the order that was made wasn’t as what I expected… the flowers were beautiful but it just wasn’t it. So, I called back and explained the issue and I was beyond ecstatic that they were able to replace it the next day! I’m not a fan of posting reviews on Unilocal,but for a business to offer great service and help like that really should stand out. I honestly cant thank them enough.

Awful experience! I ordered a Telefloral bouquet for my friends 50^th birthday gift. They charged my card and then called me back 30 minutes later to tell me they don’t honor the Telefloral prices (on their website) and I’d have to pay more. Instead of agreeing to paying $ 33 dollars more, they shorted the Rose count. Unbelievable that they delivered 24 roses that were so old they were turning black and wilting before the bouquet hit the display table. I’ll never use this florist again. Beware!

very friendly. i finally stopped by for one of their $ 5 bouquets for my wife. it was small, but the flowers lasted an uncanny length of time.

This is what I want to say, Beth is not only a phenomenal florist, but you can literally feel her heart in each arrangement. I had one meeting with Beth and she got it right away. The result, was pure bliss!
Beth went above and beyond providing the flowers, she also fluffed my wedding train, took pictures, and helped us load our stuff. I will always be grateful for her generosity, her wonderful spirit, and her fabulous flowers:-)
