Nothing to say except good things about my experiences here. I’ve had storage units here a few times over the last 4 years and each time it’s been a perfect experience. If you need to store your stuff in a secure, air conditioned, and weather protected unit this is your place on the west side of Cincinnati.

A new place to store your constantly expanding pile of stuff! Or maybe just an ok place to store your valuables while in-between domiciles. That works, too! I’m glad that something is being done with this huge space. It has been empty for years, and vacant buildings are rarely a good thing. When I first signed up I was one of the first customers. The staff was not very well trained at that point, so there was some confusion about which units were available and what the refund policies were, etc. I hope that they are much better informed now, but who knows? The location itself has some nice options. All the units are inside and climate controlled. They range in size from closet to fits a full house. The front loading area has two double-door entrances that require a 7-digit code to open. Both of these entrances are covered, so you can load/unload out of the elements which is a huge plus! There is also a rear loading dock for truck access. There are three bays, and access to the rear area is restricted by a tall fence and a gate with the 7-digit code box. This all sounds pretty secure, right? But actually it is not nearly as secure as other storage facilities in the area. This place doesn’t have individual alarms on each unit. The units don’t have individual ceilings(but are covered by fencing). The front loading doors are regularly propped open during customers’ visits. And the employees suggest you use your home phone as the 7-digit code. Come on, guys!?! The other big pet-peeve is the flooring. They didn’t rip out the flooring from when this was a Burlington Coat Factory, so most of the floor is tile. Tile plus loading carts without pneumatic tires equals a very loud loading experience. This will drive you crazy. Not only is it loud, but every grout line will shake the cart, which will slowly jostle your valuables right onto the floor. So, it’s a mixed bag. The price is better than the competition, but if you are very concerned about security or plan on using their carts, I would steer clear.
