Poor service. I ask for a different haircut(crew cut) and got what is bordering a buzz cut. However it’s not entirely terrible. For the cheap price and friendly(but silent) stylists, I give it 2 stars

I’m a guy, and I don’t need highlights, styling, or anything fancy. Matter of fact, when I’m due for a wig trim, price is the main factor. Great clips charges $ 13 for a cut and dry, but with a coupon from the back of your Kroger receipt, you pay just $ 9.99! When it comes to the staff and your haircut, it’s safe to say that some are better than others, which is why I can’t give a five star review. Don’t get me wrong, nobody has ever chopped off my ear, or sent me out the door looking like Bozo the Clown, but it’s not always consistent from stylist to stylist. I love their mobile app, and it has worked perfectly each time I’ve used it. It’s free to download, and allows you to check in and skip the normal wait upon arrival. You can’t beat the convenience and price, so next time I need my ears lowered, I’ll be visiting Great Clips again.

I came here last summer to get my hair cut because my length was hot and starting to weigh me down in the heat. I was taken right away to get my hair cut and the woman who cut it was really nice and we had good conversation. They take walk-ups and every time I’ve been there, have been taken pretty quickly. I recieved a decent short haircut although I wish she had been more specific about how I wanted the length and how I wanted it tapered in the back. It was a little too short for my liking and super textured in the back so it stood up a lot.
