I can’t give a review of this hotel beyond the lobby and pool area. We didn’t stay. I called hotels directly to make sure they had a hot tub and indoor pool in good working order. Martini assured me that they did. The hot tub broke down the day before our arrival and two days after my original call. This is where the experience begins to break down. Martini called around and got us into a sister hotel, a Comfort Inn that had yet to be renamed. I was skeptical but he said there was a hot tub in the room that could handle four people. This Hampton Inn is in a nice, quiet area but the place he sent us was in the hood where motorcycles raced most of the night. Oh and that four person hot tub? It was a triangular jetted bathtub that barely held my very tall husband. It is for the bending of the truth and scooting us on out of there that I give this place two stars.

This Hampton Inn was one of the nicest that I’ve stayed in. The staff was awesome, particularly the Manager, Martini. He was really friendly and really looked out for me and my group throughout our weekend stay. Martini was great and so was our stay!

I see I am not the only one who had a the worse experience ever went to cancel the reservation and du to a child being in the hospital and was told that the reservation was not refundable when all I wanted was to stay a different night after the hospital stay was over. my friend that was going to stay with me her little girl has H1N1 so it would be pointless to stay by my self. the Management was Rude and had no concern for us. Poor customer service absolutely the worst I have ever seen. Glad I am not the only one having problems with this place

I had to cancel my stay due to an emergency. First I was told that I had to contact Expedia for a refund. I did not book the hotel through Expedia. Finally, I was told by the front desk that there was nothing they could do, their policy was that reservations had to be cancelled 24 hours in advance. I won’t be staying at another Hampton Inn. Poor customer service.

Absolutely worse Hampton Inn I have been to. Hallways smelled of smoke and rooms had a stale sweat smell(I was moved a room because the hallway on the third floor reeked of smoke). In my new room my fire alarm started going off, no one was concerned and I was told it was because the heater kicked on and there was smoke in there catching fire. NOTHING was done about it. I voiced my complaints and was just told the smell would go away soon. They knew what the cause was and did nothing to prevent it. So I am sure I am not the only one who had this problem. Then I called corporate and they were great. However, the hotel never reached out even though I was told I would hear from them. So finally a few weeks later I called again and was transferred to the manager at the hotel. He was VERY rude and didn’t even say hello. He said«Well what can we do about it now.» I love Hampton Inns and have always had a good experience until this. I will NEVER stay here again.

Business traveller review. One of those older style buildings — concrete shell. Good parking, rooms are VERY up-to-date and comfortable. A little crowded in the reception /breakfast area. Standard breakfast, but crowded area.

Stayed here twice in the last month and it is a great Hampton Inn. The rooms are very nice and the front desk staff is wonderful. I would stay here again if my travels take me back through Cinci.
