So so rude people. When I asked about the price, the guy said this and I quote, «even if your grandmother comes here and cries overnight, I won’t haggle»

Drove 4 hours round trip only to find the car was not there despite receiving a call saying it would be. I was then pressured to purchase another one of their different cars on the lot and rudely questioned why they lost my business. So am out 240 miles and a vacation day from work. I would avoid and look at Louisville, Chicago stores if staying with Hertz.

I highly recommend Hertz Car Sales on Galbraith Rd. Very professional, accomodating staff. The best car buying experience I have had yet. The car selection was great and prices were even better.
