I have dealt with Hertz here before and things ran smoothly… however, this last set of incidents make me question whether corporate understands the locals lack of care for customer needs, specific wishes, cleanliness of vehicles, inability to fill s gas tank before one drives off the lot and screaming at their customers over the phone which he claims is his forceful business voice.
While there several other folks turned in vehicles that they claimed smelled like *** .
Check your billing. This manager is clearly not following business protocol.
