Had a wonderful experience with Hofmeyer! We had a leak in the water pipe from the house to the street. We have watched countless neighbors have their yards dug up for similar issues, and were really worried about damage to our yard. Hofmeyer quoted us at half the price for total replacement of the pipe and used a special drill to put the pipe in through the house without digging up the yard. They took the time to dig up the grass and contain the dirt in the small patch they dug to connect the pipe. They refilled the hole, put the grass back down, and even cleaned the sidewalk. You can’t even really tell they were ever here. They showed up on time and worked like crazy until it was done. So impressed with their professionalism. Highly highly recommend this company!!!

Found Hofmeyer through BBB. Sent two requests for quotes a week apart. Heard nothing.
Finally called them directly and was told they were very busy and running behind and weren’t taking any new customers. Bummer. Was looking forward to using them because they were referred by a friend. Looking for someone different.

Had water come through my bathroom ceiling from the unit above me. Hofmeyer did a fantastic job repairing it! They cut a small opening in my ceiling and replaced a broken pipe. They were very conscience and cleaned everything up after they were done. I will call them again, but hopefully I won’t have to.

Recently had a busted hot water heater flooding my basement. Hofmeyer was the only one of many plumbers that I called that would address my issue ASAP on this Holiday weekend (labor day). They quoted a price and delivered to that quote exactly, couldn’t be happier. Also, due to my townships sewer system my home’s drainage is sealed off in the basement which left a large pool of water across my basement floor. Hofmeyer cleaned up the mess with a shop-​vac at no additional charge. In addition to plumbing they also do Kitchen and Bath renovations!

Had a great experience with Max Hofmeyer & Sons Plumbing. We had two unrelated problems in two weeks totaling $ 2K. In both instances, they responded quickly and did the work as quickly as the initial visit.
They replaced our water heater in less than 2 hours!
They were clean and courteous and very good to work with in general. I will use them again and recommend them.
