I Need A Clean

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I bought a voucher for a home cleaning from this company through living social. The day of cleaning came and after the company no showed I called (numerous times over 4 hours) until I finally reached somebody. The excuse given to me as to why they did not show was that they couldn’t find my house. That is a completely invalid excuse because they had my cellphone number which was by my side the entire time I was waiting. When I asked for a refund the person quickly said «have a nice day» and HUNG up on me! What kind of customer service is that? I need a clean I will absolutely be telling all of my friends and family to never ever hire you for their cleaning needs. If you couldn’t make it or got lost that’s one thing. But hanging up on me and keeping my money for a service that was not performed is absolutely WRONG!!!“
Please do not consider this company for your home or business cleaning needs. Their customer service is honestly the worst I have ever experienced. I should have known better as it took numerous phone calls to even schedule my appointment.
