Todd was awesome! He let me change the location of my appointment at the last minute. Very nice and great at what he does! They guarantee the product they use to replace it in case there are any problems. I thought it was a weird business model at first but it was awesome!

David Berding responded immediately to my online request, sent a text, arranged for the time and he came to my office, sat down at a table with his toolbox and had removed my shattered iPhone screen with a nice new one, with a screen protector. It was the easiest most customer friendly experience, and the price was great. You can also go to his office if you prefer. What a great service. Thank you David.
