Invisible Fence

While the guy that installed the fence was great and initially we had 3 – 4 months of working fence, the battery in the collar died and we brought it in to get a replacement and was told since we got the collar elsewhere that they couldn’t help us. Like other reviews, their customer service is horrible. They told me the option for them to help me was pay an additional $ 250 for their upgrade collar. I asked for the manager’s name and number to call in the morning. Before I got a chance, I received a call from him (Kerry) where he screamed at me, wouldn’t let me get a word in, and told me I was upsetting him. l never raised my voice. I politely asked him to stop screaming at me, in which he replied I had got him so upset and worked up. He told me he owned the place for 21 years and continued to yell until he finally put me in tears and shaking. I politely told him I was not going to deal with that and said good bye. Others– please BEWARE of this service. You will get the nice upfront and when you have to deal with them months later, they will try to up-​charge you and treat you extremely poorly.

For the most part the fence works, but comes with a hefty price. The thing that upsets me the most is you can’t tweak the collar yourself. They have to do it anytime it might need adjusting, and trust me it will. In the beginning they’ll come out to do such things, and then make you drive to them to perform it. Really!!! First, it makes no sense why an owner can’t adjust the collar after it’s been calibrated. Second, why do I have to drive to you for a product that works in my yard, especially after you’ve come to the house to work on it before. Hmm… makes no sense.
