I must confess that I’ve never been in another temple, but this temple will blow your mind when you walk in. The architecture on the inside and out is absolutely astounding.
There isn’t much light on the inside. It’s somewhat dark and moody. This mood fits with the overall color of the design of the interior. The woodwork is the most intricate and ornate I’ve seen. Even compared to churches in Europe!
When St. Peter In Chains Cathedral across the street was under renovations, the Fine Arts Fund Sampler held their annual weekend here. I had the privilege of singing in this space and it was wonderful. The acoustics were great. I’ll never forget it!
