Jenny’s Homemade Cookies

The cookies here are nothing short of fantastic. The varieties and flavors range from delicious traditional (white chocolate macadamia) to really fun and new like the Rice Krispie with marshmallow cookie. Jenny herself is professional and delightful to work with — as is her staff. I highly recommend Jenny’s Homemade Cookies!

Not sure what all the fuss is about. For 36 bucks a dozen I expected more. Got them once, won’t do it again.

Very good cookies but it’s hard to be a repeat customer at those prices… they are good but not $ 36 a dozen good.

If you live on the West side of Cincinnati and you haven’t tried Jenny’s Homemade Cookies, do it now! I would consider this a hidden gem because most people I tell about this place, aren’t aware of it. I recently visited Jenny’s to get a dozen cookies for guests. (If you buy a dozen cookies, you get one free!) I tried a variety of cookies this time around and they were all amazing. The chocolate chip cookie is to die for!
Jenny actually waited on me and she was so extremely helpful and friendly. She informed me that they use all real ingredients, which is a plus for me. The cookies themselves are BIG and they cost about $ 2.50 per cookie. It is worth every penny. Westsiders with a sweet tooth should treat themselves to Jenny’s at least once!

ABSOLUTELY love Mrs. Jenny! She’s so sweet, nice and her cookies are AAAAAMMMAAAZZZZIINNGGG ! I’m such a foode that i was browsing around not eh Internet after watching Diners, Drive-​ins, & Dives and it brought me to a website (I forgot the name I think something like food addict or foode addict) and it had the tab for cities and Cincinnati was on there so I clicked on it. It had Jennys Homemade Cookies so I clicked on it and after some browsing I told my fiancé we should try this place. Needless to say my fiancé and I tried JHC and we feel in love, so much that she is making our wedding favors for us! And NO my fiancé and I don’t live in Cincinnati nor are we getting married in Ohio. YES, they are that good! I couldn’t be more excited. Her cookie batter by itself is just awesome then you add the hearty goodness of Ghirardelli chocolate pieces, m&m, nuts, and so much more and you have a party in your mouth! This review doesn’t do her cookies any just, sooooo STOP reading this and get your butt over to Jenny’s Homemade Cookies. They will be sure to please

I had the pleasure of meeting Jenny and trying one of her fabulous cookies at Findlay Market this weekend. I’d been searching for this cookie since earlier in the summer when I randomly bought one and I was so lucky to have come across her stand again.
The cookies are the real deal (and I consider myself a chocolate chip cookie connoisseur). Thick, chewy, perfectly baked and amazing flavor. They are fresh and made with quality, real ingredients. You can tell this what she loves and it comes through in the cookies!

I haven’t been to Cincinnati yet, and now I can’t wait to visit! A special someone sent me a batch of these babies, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. The chocolate chip (which is the only one I’ve allowed myself to have so far) is soft and chewy and wonderfully textured, even after being shipped halfway across the country. I can’t wait to try all of the others!

Still obsessed with these cookies! Every time I eat them, I am in my happy place. Better yet, everyone knows I love them so I get them for presents for special occasions!

These are the best cookies I have ever ate. If you go here you will not be disappointed. I will never buy a cookie from somewhere else.

Opinion only goes so far, but I have never had a better cookie. Working in Bridgetown Finer Meats, I encountered Jenny’s before she entered the brick and mortar small business world. Her cookies are most definitely holders of partial blame when it comes to my successful long term relationship. When I want to thank or impress, I do Bridgetown for dinner and stick to the simplicity of the cookie for desert or gift.
Having known Jenny, I can assure you that quality is the reason these cookies are so good. Only the best goes into her cookies, and the meticulous standards she holds are eye opening.
Start with the Chocolate Chip or the Sweet Millie. They’re the hook. Move on to one of her many mixes: s’more, rocky road, double chocolate, you can’t go wrong.
They aren’t cheap, at $ 2.50 a pop you may cringe and have every right to be wary. The oral ecstacy you experience will set the standard for any pastry you’ll encounter for a long time to come.

I first discovered Jenny’s Cookies during the Cincinnati Chocolate Festival last fall. Just recently, I stumbled upon them again after going to the legendary Fish Fry at Bardstown Fine Meats. Jenny’s Cookies is located in the same complex and neighbors a wine and candy shop. Although it was near closing time, Jenny patiently served our large group’s individual cookie orders. Each of us looked longingly through the dozen cookie options in the display case: chocolate chip, s’mores, peanut butter chip, white chocolate cranberry, cinnamon toffee pecan, minty chocolate chip, white chocolate pineapple, butterscotch toffee… and many many more! The menu boasts over 50 varieties of cookies.
Each cookie was huge and thick, with chunks of the toppings protruding from the savory batter. I bought three:
— S’mores: cookie batter mixed with graham crackers filled with chocolate chunks and gooey marshmallow chunks
— Chocolate Chip: lots n’ lots of chocolatey goodness
— Butterscotch Toffee: If you like caramel flavors, you’ll like this
There’s a great story behind Jenny and her cookies. She started baking at the age of 8 during visits to her grandmother’s house. Years later, she never stopped. She even named her buttercream cookies «Sweet Millies» after her mother.
Of course, quality homemade cookies come with a price. Jenny’s cookies run about $ 2.50 each, but are totally worth every penny. You can’t put a price on grandma’s recipe.
