Changing my review from 5 to 1 star, lately they have beem headed down a spiral. How can you mess up bacon? Bacon is always so good, somehow the bacon here has been tasting weird. Its flat out gross. The roast beef has been far too pink, borderline«someone call the health department» status. The tables are often left with dried lettuce. The cups are such cheap quality, I have had a few different accidents from the lid popping off with very little strength to hold the cup. They was so great when I noticed they opened, its been a steady decline since.

Five stars for a sandwich shop? The friendly, enthusiastic service here is worth five stars alone. The friendliness of the employees is just what I needed after a lot of work track and a week’s worth of indifferent customer service. m My hot veggie sub was absolutely loaded with grilled veggies and melted cheese and topped with fresh veggies. The grilled mushrooms were especially tasty. This place is super bright and clean. My food was served quickly, not as quickly as fast food but this is REAL food, not microwaved or sitting-under-a-warmer food. I’m spending some time in the Holiday Inn nearby and I am sure I will be back here again.

It should not take 30 minutes to order a sandwich on a Sunday afternoon. The store has been open long enough to run more efficiently than what it’s currently being run. I spent my entire dinner break just getting my food. It will be a long time before I come back to this shop, if ever. Massively disappointed.

I have been quite a few times. The evening hours seem better because my order isn’t wrong. During the day my sub has been messed up more than once and I just dont have time for that on my lunch break. When I go after work around 6pm to 7pm, I havent had any issues and I am in and out of the store quicker. The parking lot can be messy from people ditching old drinking cups and the like but I dont attribute that too much to a store issue because the owner of the retail complex could put a trash bin in the parking lot. The clear winner between Firehouse, Subway, Jimmy Johns and Jersey’s is deff Jersey Mikes. More bang for my hard earned buck
