Jet’s Pizza

Took 10 minutes to place an order for 1 pizza and 1 order of wings. Literally 10 minutes on the phone with someone going «uhhh, ummm, uhhh, ok is that it». I repeated my order at the end to ask if she had it correct. She said yes… I said «ok, thank you». She slammed the phone down in my ear. I love their food but I will stick with a company that has a little customer service and employees that know how to operate their cash registers. This place is not it.

As a pizza expert, I have to say that Jet’s is hands down the best pizza around. I used to drive 30 minutes to get it and then one moved in close by. Best. Day. Ever. Now I can even get it delivered to my door! The crust is what makes the pizza and you can even customize it with various seasonings. I’m making myself hungry just typing this. Just try it. You’ll never go anywhere else for pizza again.

Very good! Like the Wings, and the deep dish crust was nice and crunchy in all the right places! Not to mention the cheesy bread sticks and dipping sauce! Glad to have another Delivery option!

So my first time ordering with this location, I had some major issues. The order took almost 30 mins over the delivery time and when I got the pizza, it was burnt. So I called back and the manager gave me a credit for my whole order. So last week I decided I would give them another try and ordered for the whole family. I put my order for pickup this time because I didn’t want to wait the 1 hour delivery time. There was a little confusion on them giving me the credit because the manager forgot to write it down. But they gave it to me on the honor system so that made me happy as customer. So I went and picked it up within the 20−30min time range. It was not ready when I walked in the door but the woman at the register had a smile and greeted me. She let the crew know I was there and checked on the status. It was almost done. I got my food and left. It managed to stay hot even on the 10 min car ride home. We ordered their wings, pizza and a chicken sub. They all tasted great, though the mild sauce might be a little hotter than expected. But over all, I will order from them again. Side note is they are on the pricier side.
