I just had my oil changed here and they did a great job. The staff was very friendly, they were quick, and even vacuumed my carpet. I had a groupon and it was an excellent deal.

Why do people continue to go here? There were repeat customers waiting in the lobby. Never again for me.
The staff is nice enough (even though they left oily smudge prints on my door), but the prices are abysmal! It costs double here than anywhere else I’ve since researched (I know, shoulda done that first). Even with coupons, the prices are still higher. Their level of service is not exceptional enough to demand these prices. This must be why they make you get out of the car and come into the lobby, so you can’t just drive off once you hear their prices.
Oh well, lesson learned.
