I heard this place had the best fish so I decided to try it on a Wednesday night when they have line dancing. I had no idea all things ceased to operate as normal in the kitchen. We sat down to order and watched the line dancers. Not all the music is country and it costs$ 5 to join in wether you know how or not. Believe me, you aren’t walking up on that dance floor without putting in your$ 5, they’re watching ya. The waitress said they normally don’t have servers during the dancing. The people seemed to have bright their own food with them. I didn’t really care for the fish and fries. My daughter got the double decker sandwich and my husband had a burger. The food wasn’t very good, it didn’t even look pretty. The price and the temperature was bad. I won’t go back.

The band, Blue Stone Ivory, was awesome. The food just ok. The mixed drinks, how can I describe, God awful — do not get a mixed here only beer. They screw that up. But the music was extremely good… Lots of folks that are normally in bed by 10…

I will have to say this place is great for the older folk. I do admit that our dinner was good not great. However I do not think we will be going back, unless my wife get a hankering to see the Elvis impersonator. Even then she will have to get me drunk in order for me to see that.

Oh Gosh, this place is great! Drive here in your ’57 Chevy, or your ’07 minivan. Dance and drink with the R&R greats. Swing on Tuesdays. It’s old but fun! BTW: Tip, tip, tip, those waitresses are going to need it soon. I love this place. You will too.

Jim & Jack’s is an old people place — the food is pretty mediocre but they have music and entertainment on a regular basis. If your grandparents are in town — they’ll love it. Or if you want a fun night out where you can laugh — you’ll love it. We saw an Elvis impersonator last night… w00t!
