so far I am on hold with this establishment, i am just trying to set up an appointment for my son and his preschool dental exam. The first question I asked was if they accepted the insurance that I have, the receptionist on the telephone was very rude she had heavy sighing and made me feel uncomfortable, as though she didn’t want to do her job. When I asked if another day was available she sighed very loudly again as though my entire purpose was to inconvenience her. I will write another review on my experience but thus far, I Am not pleased. This was the closest dental office to accept my insurance so I am just trying to accommodate myself.
